Chantelle oversees the company’s finance and administrative functions, helping to ensure the business runs smoothly, accurately and efficiently. With 20 years of experience, she brings extensive knowledge of financial operations, payroll, administration and the day-to-day processes that support effective business management.
She is responsible for maintaining the systems, controls and procedures that underpin the company’s operations, while supporting accurate reporting and strong internal administration. Her experience includes developing and implementing policies and processes that improve consistency, strengthen oversight and help the wider organisation operate effectively.
Before joining Simetrica-Jacobs, Chantelle worked as Finance Manager at Denmik Data Solutions and Burson-Marsteller, where she played an instrumental role in establishing and improving internal policies and procedures. She holds an Advanced Finance Diploma from the Hartwell Business Institute in Johannesburg, South Africa.
