Shaun leads the implementation and refinement of business strategy and helps ensure the organisation operates smoothly and efficiently. He supports the business in progressing its strategic goals by overseeing project operations, resource and capacity planning, IT integration and internal communication across project teams.
His role focuses on creating the systems, processes and coordination needed to support effective project delivery and wider business performance. He works across teams to strengthen operational planning, improve consistency and ensure that people, technology and resources are aligned with the organisation’s priorities.
Before joining Simetrica-Jacobs, Shaun worked in architectural design, project management and masterplanning, specialising in regenerative design and sustainability across major international projects in higher education, public and social housing, and arts and culture. He later worked as Project Quality Manager at Haworth Tompkins, where he oversaw quality control, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance and project delivery. Shaun holds undergraduate degrees in Architectural Design and Business Law from the University of Massachusetts, as well as an MBA in Project Management from Pennsylvania State University.
